Hi, I'm tarrah.
I’m a mom of two boys, a wife, and a homeopath practicing in Ontario, Canada.
My path into homeopathy wasn't a straight one.
For much of my life, I believed health was something you could control if you just worked hard enough at it.
I fell in love with fitness when I was 16. In my twenties, I competed provincially in fitness competitions, trained intensely, counted everything I ate and pushed my body to limits I once thought represented health.
Eventually, I realized they didn't.
What followed was years of trying to understand what actually makes us well. I studied nutrition, became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, worked with women on food, metabolism and hormones, and became increasingly interested in a question that nutrition and fitness alone couldn't always answer:
Why can two people with the same diagnosis or the same symptoms need completely different things?
That question changed the direction of my work.
I wanted to understand the person behind the symptoms.
The more I learned, the less interested I became in chasing individual symptoms.
Fatigue. Anxiety. Digestive problems. Skin issues. Hormonal changes. Sleep disturbances. Recurring illnesses.
They can look like separate problems—but sometimes there is a much bigger story underneath them.
I became fascinated by the patterns: when symptoms began, what was happening in someone's life at the time, what makes them better or worse, what other symptoms appeared alongside them, and even the seemingly insignificant details that make one person's experience completely different from another's.
That eventually led me to homeopathy.
And it changed the way I look at health.
Today, I practice differently.
When someone sits down with me, I'm not only interested in what is happening.
I want to know your story.
What changed before this started? What else was happening in your body? What have you been through? What makes your symptoms different from someone else's? What has your body been trying to tell you?
Homeopathy is highly individualized, and that's one of the things I love most about it.
You are not reduced to a symptom, a lab result or a diagnosis.
You are treated as a whole person.
My role is to listen carefully, look for the patterns running through your case and select an individualized homeopathic approach based on your unique symptom picture.
If you've been searching for answers, you're welcome here.
Many of the people who find me have been dealing with symptoms for a long time. They've tried different things. They've done the research. Sometimes they've been told their tests look normal, even though they know they don't feel like themselves.
I understand the desire to know why.
My practice is a place where your whole story has room to be heard.
Let’s start with your story...
