Homeopathy is highly individualized, which means our work together begins with understanding you, not simply the symptoms that brought you in. Your initial consultation gives us the time to explore your health history, current concerns and the unique patterns that make up your individual case.
Initial Homeopathic Consultation
90–120 minutes | $250
Your first consultation is where we begin to build a complete picture of you and your health.
Before we meet, you'll receive a detailed intake questionnaire covering your current concerns, health history and other important aspects of your wellbeing. Take your time completing it because the information you provide gives me a valuable starting point before our conversation even begins.
During our consultation, we'll explore the reason you've come to see me in much greater depth. But we'll also go beyond your primary symptoms. I may ask about your sleep, energy, digestion, temperature preferences, food cravings, menstrual or hormonal history, emotional wellbeing, past illnesses, family history and significant events in your life.
Some of the questions may seem completely unrelated to why you're here, and that's intentional.
Homeopathy looks at the individual experience of symptoms. Two people with the same diagnosis may experience it very differently and may therefore require entirely different homeopathic remedies. I'm looking for the patterns, characteristics and details that make your case uniquely yours. This reflects the individualized approach you described in your original practice information.
After our appointment, our work isn't finished. I take time to review and analyze everything we've discussed before determining the homeopathic remedy that most closely corresponds with your individual symptom picture.
Your initial consultation includes:

Post-consultation case analysis
Individualized homeopathic remedy recommendation and instructions
Reasonable email support between appointments
The cost of homeopathic remedies is not included in the consultation fee.
Follow-Up Consultation
30–60 minutes | $115
Follow-up consultations are an important part of homeopathic care. This is where we take a careful look at what has changed since your remedy and determine the next step in your care.
We'll talk about your original concerns, but we'll also look beyond them. Changes in sleep, energy, mood, digestion, menstrual cycles, pain, old symptoms, new symptoms and your overall sense of wellbeing can all provide important information about how you're responding.
Sometimes the changes are obvious. Other times, they're subtle, which is why I encourage you to make note of anything significant or unusual between appointments.
During your follow-up, I'll assess your progress and determine whether it's best to wait and allow the remedy more time, repeat or adjust your remedy, or re-evaluate your case when necessary.
Follow-ups are typically scheduled approximately 4–6 weeks after your remedy, although timing may vary depending on your individual case. Your original practice plan uses this same general interval.
Your follow-up consultation includes:

Detailed review of changes since your previous appointment
Evaluation of your progress and response to the remedy
Further case analysis and a new remedy recommendation when necessary
Reasonable email support between appointments
